Interesting problem we (as in the Comtek the company I work for) starting to have with ordering, it seems that Ingram Micro have lost the will to live, they seem to hold very little stock and you can never believe there dates that stock will arrive.
Also having huge issues with a disinterested account manager.
We have started using other companies which anyone can find on the net and ordering from them, they normally have stock and item arrive when they say they will.
Is it me or are Ingram Micro are in real trouble?
