I've started using Live Mesh which is great for syncing my documents and all my pictures are on Picasa. The company I work for Comtek (www.comtek.co.nz) are trying to push hosted servers but had no takers yet. Really I wrote this document to explain to people why they would go for a server, my boss said they are the same reason's for going for a hosted server. Just read it and think hosted not server... Had a couple of outages but pretty rare and now Google Gears is sorting gmail, calendar and docs offline it's becoming even more feasible.
